Saudi Aramco Lowers Asian Crude Prices for September

Saudi Aramco has reduced its Arab Light crude oil prices for Asian customers by $0.50 per barrel for September delivery, setting it $2 below the regional benchmark. This move, defying market expectations, follows progress in Iran-Oman negotiations to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. Brent crude prices have also fallen this week, hovering near $80 per barrel.
