Sonangol is Angola's state oil company managing deepwater and ultra-deepwater production averaging 1.1 mbpd from the Lower Congo and Kwanza basins. Key partnerships include TotalEnergies (Kaombo, CLOV), ExxonMobil, and BP with operatorship transitioning to Sonangol under local content mandates.
