Getting Started with the Client Portal

Navigate subscriptions, downloads, invoices, and profile settings in the Client Portal.

Overview

The Client Portal is your hub for subscription management, document downloads, billing, and account settings. Access it at /portal after logging in with email OTP.

Step 1: Log in

Enter your registered email on the login page. Check your inbox for a one-time code (valid 10 minutes) and complete verification. First-time users should register at /register and choose a plan.

Step 2: Review your dashboard

The dashboard shows your current plan, recent downloads, open support tickets, and quick links to Data Center, Briefing, and Intelligence modules included in your tier.

Step 3: Manage subscription

Open Subscription to view plan details, upgrade to Professional, or manage Enterprise seats. Stripe handles payment; invoices appear under Invoices.

Step 4: Configure notifications

Under Profile → Notifications, enable briefing alerts, research publish emails, and intelligence incident notifications.

Tips

  • Bookmark the portal for quick access to exports and downloads.
  • Enterprise administrators should invite team members under Team before sharing API keys.
